It's only a civil war if both sides are longs. They aren't.

Those who support the 13D never owned shares.

Or if they did, they sold, because the 13D leaders have told them the plan that retail will get ****ed.

Whether that's via an RS or unloading LL or acquiring IncellDX, who knows? Hopefully we never find out.

They could easily have bombarded the boards with their ideas and taken a positive approach. Attacking the company and long shareholders was a disastrous strategy which pissed everyone off and know heels are dug in on both sides. That doesn't say much about Rosenbaum's business acumen. Train wreck.
