Well it seems they’re giving these investors a really good deal on shares and then giving them warrants hoping to give the appearance that the stock is going to be worth a lot more at the end of three years when the warrants can be exercised, But I don’t see where the shares are restricted it doesn’t say that in the latest filing, does it ?
