Not sure why you would take a nice position in this at 4 dollars or above. This OTC tech “company” , notes or no notes“ will not hold at that price. This being the OTC, and this being a trashy company, will hold little to no interest with your typical OTC trader ( priced too high with little upside ). Hope you will be able to sell when the time comes, because I doubt there will be too many buyers.
