Board, yes I'm ashamed and stand guilty. Those who were stunned by my spiteful words yesterday have every right to enquire of me - I don't lose my collectedness like that, which is why it came as a huge shock. For my conduct, I'm truly very sorry. I'm ashamed of my words, but not ashamed to accept my folly and ask for forgiveness. I'm still a work in progress and completion will be made at the Second Coming. Thank you all. Have a great weekend with family and friends
