a production issue this time around will send the SP well below .10

I believe we are already there.
9+ months of production and all the company shows is a small shipment to headquarters. With no word of quality of said shipment.

Talk of bottlenecks and then shipping over more test equipment to prodigy.

This tells me there are issues with quality control.

The question is.... is the problem caused by bottlenecks in shipping and by placing the test equipment right onsite (which for most is an obvious choice and should have been in place from the get go) fixing that issue or are there bigger issues with quality that may take longer to remedy. If they can be remedied at all, cost effectively?
