There's nothing to invest in. Float is locked tight. Not sure how long you have been following this ticker but it has never been a chart play and all of the float has been bought up by XL. It is just a waiting game at this point. All the DD says confidence is and should be high. Just not a good ticker for impatient people like me who has had this stock for too many years to remember. If anything you should hope for lack of investor confidence to drive the pps down even farther!
