That is odd I could not find it. Some things to note. The company you found is administratively dissolved. It does not exist anymore. Secondly, the address listed is the Registered Agent that exists independently of the companies registered with the RA's organization.

Third, OTC Markets is the official worldwide website for OTC/Bulletin board stocks listed in the US, like DRGV. In order for the information there to be updated, the updater has had to have passed a background check with both OTC Markets and FINRA (government organization), and have OTCIQ access granted to them based on those background checks. In other words, only verifiable agents of a company are allowed to update OTC Markets.

I am not bashing you. I too want something to happen here. Early on, the false rumors here suggested amazing companies and the fake pumps have even included hijacked websites. Lately though, the rumors have gone the other way and are suggesting companies that pale in comparison to the DD found on the new people involved.

What does this tell me? Potentially, something big is likely coming.
