personal experience is like that.
I remember buying a shell while my lawyer was on vacation. major mistake.
as soon as the ink was dry I got a FedEx from dissident shareholders seeking $75,000,000.00 in damages.
thankfully the "seller" was violating a cease and desist so the transaction could be unwound.
anyone "buying" this shell will get a bill for..... drum roll.....
(-$830,000,000.00) - so why not round it up to ONE BILLION DOLLARS -
all these years they've claimed profitability and haven't written anything off, so they'll have some explaining to do in bankruptcy court.
