Xu didn't file a Form 15 unless he intends to get ACCR Pink Current.

No doubt (in my mind) that ACCR will get current and make the cut.

The question is: Will Xu stall and stall and stall or really bring in a merger large enough to support the current share structure?

Who knows.

The fact you had to take Xu to court does not instill much confidence in the man. Therefore, I am sitting this one out but hoping (for your wife's sake) it does quite well.

I know you have said she is struggling with cancer. If so, then she could certainly use some good news.
