Yep...all the monitors reports clearly indicate the Purchaser never purchased the components which were “ essential “ in operating the plant from the Petitioner...However sought the “ assurances “ to the availability...should they resume a bio succinic acid operation....It”s pretty straight forward...if you can even find those missing monitors reports...
