I would definitely like to see it, but IMO nothing will change. They’ll find loopholes and until they FINE them enough to where it hurts, it won’t change. It’s cheaper for them to continue the manipulation/corruption and take the small fines vs stopping all together. The only way they’ll stop is to strictly enforcement a 2 or 3 times penalty of what they scammed.
I’m also hoping it’s different this time.
