2. FCCN is a worthless co.
3. Surprise! Mr. Peacock takes over FCCN
4. Mr. P starts fixing SEC files for FCCN
5. FCCN announces acquisition/merger AERO
6. Letter of intent is filed
7. Share structure from prior mgmt is fixed
8. Definitive agreement signed
9. FCCN gets loan from GGI to pay for merger
10. PRE 14A gets filed to remove BDC status
11. What ever needs to be done next.

I believe that there has been a plan all along. There are no skeletons in FCCN's closet that AERO did not know about based on my conversations with Andrew. We raised the PPS, not AERO, not FCCN, WE DID.
