On the other hand if, due to a lot of mis-steps, all these initiatives go nowhere >> then it's time to consider the cause AND if new leadership is the best solution.

If that becomes the case WE need to initiate a leadership search >> not take on a bunch of disgruntled former employees and their sidekicks. Then our votes decide who best leads CytoDyn, not being "stormed" by an unchosen crew with unknown intent (I sincerely doubt they're popping in to help the company and its shareholders- other than themselves).

Learning,

You do understand that it doesn't work that way. Nader controls the company and the board. Shareholders don't get to wake up one morning and say, "oh, Nader really does suck, let's fire him. The only way to get rid of current management is to take over the board. The only way to takeover the board is to nominate a successful slate of directors. The only way to nominate a slate is to find a group of like-minded shareholders(at least 5%), spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, file 13D, and begin the proxy process. Sound familiar?

There is no sinister agenda here. The one thing the 13D group shares is the belief that Nader is incompetent at best and milking the company for his benefit at worst. This group came together and said, "we need to do something". So they have followed the process, nominated a new board of directors who will ultimately be responsible for charting a successful course.

If the 13 D loses the vote and you discover in a couple months that Nader sucks, someone is going to have to go through this process. The will and funds to do it again might no longer exist.
