I have been penny trading for 22 years and I still don't understand how things work. For example...This morning there is a 500 share trade showing at .46 and as I wanted to buy a few more shares (1,000) and didn't really want to affect the price. So, even though the Ask was .45 I entered my order at .46 figuring that it may go at .45 but who knows what the MM's may do. To my surprise, Etrade is showing that my trade was executed at .4205 and I had never seen that number. But .46 is still showing as the last trade amount on Etrade and my shares have been entered at .4205
I just don't understand what I know sometimes. Anyway, I'm about done so I won't be trading anything much longer. glta
