Good morning everyone,

With regards to going current - you file with the OTC and FINRA there - do you do the same with reducing authorized shares?

If so, it might explain the delay in current. Did you notice how the authorized share count still is at 200 billion - yet they've been able to update the OS to increase?

Isn't it funny how things that hurt the perception of the company are done instantaneously, and yet on April 27 they file to get off the dark pinks, and May 25 they file to reduce AS....and here we are, July 16....crickets.
