Your criticism of the legislation while valid is misdirected at SCOTUS. SCOTUS didn't write it and they would likely agree with much of your assessment. However, it's not their job to rewrite stupid law no matter how stupid! In fact, it's so stupid they say shareholders have been injured and have the right to pursue compensation as a Taking and not an APA claim. That's a yuge win! It's time everyone stop believing the lame stream media saying shareholders lost coz all APA claims were merely set aside for Takings claims. Takings claims will net more for FnF benefitting commons either directly or indirectly. Gooberment has to shite or get off the pot coz the injury continues.
