My responses,

I think there is a misconception that all will be well once you file. If you file, when you file.

No... right now the information you provide (which is much appreciated) raises more questions than answers. This will not change when you file. The skepticism will not go away when you file. The lack of trust will not go away. The market will not friggin care (about any fundamentals).

Dear RD, I appreciate your concern - however, it becomes my fundamental responsibility to answer the shareholders with unparalleled commitment. While market does not care fundamentals, for us, it is that foundation of the company and its future that matters as that helps us retain shareholder value. Speculators look for price ups that can fall off even for slight weather blows, like in a reverse financial pyramid standing on its tip. This said, there are many ways stock can get back to trade on the market even if we have to face any eventuality.

Also, Q1 will be coming up shortly after you file. The slightest delay, and your stock will take another hit.

While we will be filing it within the time, I am not really worried of the stock price fluctuations.

Also, I don't think you are prepared for NYSE. Not when I look at the composition of the BOD. Not when I look at your website. Not when I look at how you act. Not in any way are you prepared for a listing on NYSE.

Everything gets organized by Oct 15, 2021 - It is very important for us to hit the nails properly on the wall before placing ourselves on the walls..

Which also means you will be a perfect target for the shorts. All they have to do is create a cloud of uncertainty. And with the assets located in India, that's the easiest job in the world.

As an ex-market maker, short is very essential for the stock to have solid phase of rise. I would not be worried on their actions.

Miss a filing on NYSE and you will be delisted.
Once the acquisition and financial closure completes we will not be missing any of this anymore...And not just because we are intending to list it on NYSE but also because we are making our presence globally...

In the meantime, the SEC, the brokers and the rest of the friggin market are working hard to destroy every company that is listed on OTC.

I agree..

I say, screw them all. Reverse merge in India. Go "home". Start paying those quarterly cash dividends. You could all use some cash undoubtedly.

There are two options on cards- listing it as NYSE Reg A+ where reporting is 6 months and not quarterly and the cost of filing is cheaper... The other options, reverse merge into the Indian Listed entity we have that also owns 100% subsidiary in India...

That's my take. And I have seen it all these past 10 years in the China space. You have a really nice and impressive company going. Don't let the Americans ruin it.

I still write to all that we will be quite alright but we also are strongly equipped with plan b and plan C.
Safeguarding shareholder value and interest and the years of toiling efforts we made into the company is very critical responsibility and I promise this as my unparalleled commitment.
