OK, so Mr Anthony C negotiated as a senior executive a contract with Dr Pestell and as I see now prognostic prostate cancer test was not included in it , why not ...
In every public forum Dr Pestell was telling us that this excellent test is coming with him , and in about one year even better test will come , same prognostic value , but no tissue biopsy needed , just a blood test.
All this Dr Pestell said will bring us , cydy , 500M-1 B a year..
This is OURS , the shareholders money...
Why Dr Pestell was telling us , ALL this in every CC , but none of this was included in a contract.
Mr Anthony C , why not , it was your responsibility...
I will like Mr Anthony C to be responsible for this , it was on his watch , he own this...
And Dr Pestell , besides the 27 M shares he received FOR NOTHING imo , he delayed us for 2 years and 9 months with cancer study ..
First he didn't enrolled any patient to cancer study for the first 9 months he was here.
Then they enrolled one patient in a very severe stage of metastatic breast cancer just before his departure , so she received leronlimab before her biopsy was analyzed..
When biopsy came it showed that she don't have a CCR5 on a tumor cells but she does on macrophages in a surrounding tissue , Dr Patterson who, was already associated somehow in our study said to keep her she has a chance to improve , but no , Dr Pestell just removed the poor woman with no other options from our study , only because he didn't know that patient without positive tumor cells will still respond to CCR5 inhibitors.
Someone posted few months later on IH that this woman died ...Shame on you Dr Pestell,,
You really should know better , you the expert , you said.....
And Dr Pestell all together applied for phase 1b for cancer , we no longer do that , FDA know safety of our drug , so we always receive phase 2 , but no , Dr Pestell got us phase 1 b , we started to enroll July 2019 , we just finished it July 2021 , but it was not needed , Dr Pestell 2 years delay in addition to the first 9 months........
And now he is one of this who want to take care over our company ??

I hope that ALL shareholders will really evaluate very well everything before they give our company away , at the time when things are happening , to a group where everyone may have their agenda.
