Your close probably will not be on here for a bit i am loading trailers with my excavator bought another 53 acres and moving, leased this property out and was supposed to be out in the next few days. Matty will get a break from my truth telling and i will guess that when i get back on this will be well into subs. By the way $60k is just over half of $100k and nothing i am worried about.
