Many look at each step of every process being performed. Even the automated ones.

Strong DD then allows for you to define possible outcomes (based on said DD).

Remember each step taken, and its results have value, even the "D" being removed.

My team and I have found 4 main reasons the "D" removal accounts for value. In this rare case positive!

Anytime (99% of the time) any RS is followed by a drop (esp. in the OTC market - lol). Anyone with any knowledge of the RS, would/should jump out the same day the RS was announced, as stock will drop.

A person leaning on the safe side, will wait for it to stabilize after the “D” is dropped, UNLESS you have done all your DD and have conclude that the stock at its lowest value, thus can only climb.

Thus, many will and DO WAIT. That is the main reason why removal of “D” has importance. I will let other offer the other three, as my two typing fingers are getting bruised.

Just FYI – why do you think this one stabilized, and even climbed? Too many saw its potential, saw the debt being cleared away, saw that Hypur had become the owner (basically), that Galvin become the Chairman etc.…etc... etc. (Did their DD).

There are thousands of stocks, worth jumping into, even if for hype only. Normally one does not have time for a stock unless it is clear and has the potential to climb.

Those that jumped out, like most of us, just do a quick check, if that (waste of time?), and would not (NORMALLY) even consider this, as their money is tied up in other things with better value.
How is that? Did you understand?
