Is this stock up as a result of the Arlit PR or the Rufus effect. I am surprised the 2 camps - or are there 3 of them are not doing more to counteract the moves. Obviously someone would want to investors to think that PR (which by the way contained no specifics as to when or with whom) - maybe one of those evil Transfer agents working with an an eviler MM are manipulating this thing! LOL! It can happen!
