So reg a offering will be done post split at a fixed price yet and it hasn't been approved by the sec yet, th, they will pr the acquisition closing date and when the r/s comes. R/s date has to be set by finra so its not monday we are a ways away from any of that, they are not converting anything at all today's action was all retail.
