Legal Counsel needs "set up" --- we have the docs from OTC...should be done by the end of the week...

I am losing faith. These sound like stall tactics like we have heard for a year. This should have been so easy to file for a company with so little on its books.

Yes the fins are in and that is good. But the delay in everything else makes me wonder if something fishy is going on. sigh...
