Exactly-his actions are illegal and illicit but he also was wrong too.

I’m confident that since GS was so grossly mistaken thinking this was a reinstatement (this stock was NEVER reinstated so his whole argument and claim this was a bad reinstatement holds no merit). And that he just admitted to everyone that he has no idea about $SAPX and knowingly made flats statements to the public. Imo - today’s action showed what appeared to be a clear bottom and since the company proved they are now working with OTC IQ to submit filings and get current etc etc - this presents a sharp discount for any new investors.

Frankly/ It’s a shame GS is allowed to make false statements as a CEO of other OTC companies and I presume he will eventually face the wrath of the same company he used to work for - OTC. His actions- regardless of his Twitter is private or not- are hurting the sanctity of the market place and it’s not his job to try and conjure false regulations and fake actions. All it takes is collective legal action and I believe anyone here who lost money should immediately send notice to FINRA and OTC alleging what GS has illegally done by blatantly lying about this stock and claiming he is speaking from a regulatory perspective.

HERE IS VITAL INFO- I have confirmed with the OTC that this stock is not under any regualtory action AND HAS UNTIL 9/28 to comply with their filings. They also confirmed that the documents we saw last night proving OTC IQ was fully paid for - we’re indeed legit. As well- they confirmed via a legal rep that that information given by GS was completely false and if we wanted to - we should seek legal action or restitution against GS - via FINRA since he is indeed an executive at other OTC companies.
