New investors will come when the dilution stops.
That will be in response to the company pulling in enough revenues soon to be able to spread their wings fly solo.
This will allow the share price to begin rising as it won't be 'held down' any longer. (From the dilution aspect anyway)
As the price rises, those watching this stock may begin having confidence again in the share prices ability to achieve sustained increases over time... It will definitely be attracting more investors.
All without doing anything extra except continuing to work hard behind the scenes and one day they will announce (hopefully) that they are now generating profit as a company.
Now, throw in some bombshell news after that and all bets are off.
