it's an incredibly expensive shell.

consider that without a bankruptcy, you have shareholders who were told there were $650,000,000.00 in assets and until this POS is bankrupted, that's a LIABILITY to anyone who tries to control this shell.

they sold $180,000,000.00 in securities in the past 12 years. people want their dough back.
