Thing is if that RS wasn't hanging over this I could have seen this going to 15-20 cents by early next week. Which would have let the company raise all kindzzzzzz of cash.

All kindzzzzz.

So not sure why they rushed to do this RS.

IMO they should cancel it but they probably won't.
