first of all, july 19 is the filing of the def 14c. finra has to approve any corporate action and that can take a long time. in my opinion this won't be happening for weeks. also 15 for 1 is the 2nd smallest r/s i've seen in the otc in recent memory and is purely for uplisting purposes to the big board imo.
