The fearmongering about the September deadline is overblown, in my opinion. There is plenty of time to get current, or at least get that process started. $DRGV may end up trading like a Caveat Emptor (no public quote, but still tradeable) until further information is released. I base this opinion on this awesome video from OTC Markets.
