Silly me; but doesn't it behoove any dissatisfied, disgruntled or just plain curious shareholder to find out what the rights, and liabilities accompanying those "B" and "C" shares are?!?

Accounting is not my forte, and frankly, it bores the crap out of me, but there must be a "friendly" Shareholder somewhere who is capable and willing to do the research...Anyone?
