My take. You have a point. Recent PR drop was insulting especially on how it was disseminated, and lacked substance. LFER recent 10Q gives you a good snapshot of what has taken place, lawsuit drama, default, especially the exercisable amount of shares floating around from preferreds, warrants, notes, etc (LFER financials a whole other matter) prior to Crossover and the rollup of Smart Axiom. Hope Amit doesn't regret his decision, may work out who knows.
