The spin-off is complicated and not immediate. It does not provide a compelling reason to buy GBOX **RIGHT NOW**. Certainly did not motivate me to re-establish the position I had previously sold.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
