Kips Bay would be foolish to own 20 million shares with built in profit ahead of data... I'm expecting this to sell down to .15 or lower by early August... Plenty of shares outstanding will be competing at the ask... The pretend CEO couldn't get one project off-the-ground while shareholders dry rot this summer.
