Saw this in that latest filing... and w/ the 67 million shares issued for consultants... my guess is the Audit is complete..

Be nice to get this UPLISt finalized... I think that latest filinf was all they needed... dont need attorney letter since Auditted... Im assuming we are just awaiting OTC... Shrug??? Anybody been thru one of these UPLISTS before?
