So why tell investors you're paying them 8.2 million? And why would Benito Novas let his reputation get ruined like that because his name is all over all of it and he's super successful before all of this?? If Benito Novas takes Global Stem Cells Group public and got on Nasdaq he can't have the LAHO debacle hanging over his head! He HAS to clean this up for his plan to be successful! What would you do if your family and friends had bought large amounts of YOUR stock and this happened?? There is only one reason to promise 8.2 million in escrow to fix this! And why change the method of execution of payment from preferred shares to cash option!? It's OBVIOUS they are planning on doing this because the only other possibility could be that Benito Novas with his fantastic Company and reputation are playing HUGE prank on us, changing details, and promising good will just for him an Dave to get a laugh or chuckle?? PLEASE tell me why you think they laid out the 8.2 million escrow plan?? To sell MSSV shares? WHY? They're not selling and they should know they won't! The money is coming!
