That's a reasonable observation, the last good PR said "we can cure 50% of those with cancer" That put us to .30 Should have put us to $5, but it didn't. Then we had PRs that said 'things are going well', which means be prepared to wait, but we don't have news.

Will this drop to ten cents, sure. If we continue to wait. There's no tradition of waiting in the OTC. I'm out of cash to buy, but I have enough, if it hits I'll have money for three lifetimes. In the end, I don't see how this could fail, just based on what we know.
