We believe it is good corporate practice to have an effective shelf registration statement on file with the SEC to preserve the flexibility to raise capital if and when needed. Although we currently have no specific plans to raise money at the time of filing this registration statement, if we choose to conduct a financing using this registration statement in the future, the specific purposes for the proceeds of such financing will be described in the prospectus supplement relating to the financing
