It's easy to be a skeptic after all that's happened AND knowing that no OTC company has done anything like this before! But then I ask why would they go through all the legal stuff and transfer the merger thru MSSV that obviously wouldn't sell for obvious reasons,, and then set up an escrow (they say) just to fold at the end? Before the 8.2 million settlement offer they could have just BK'd saying we tried our hardest but with Covid and market conditions we just couldn't complete it!?? But to state publicly you have 8.2 million and you're going to give it to the old LAHO shareholders and then make the money vanish????? If they did that, EVERYONE INVOLVED WOULD JOIN THE LAWSUIT against them and probably be so mad that we'd all drive all night to go to court personally! Because after all this, to play a practical joke on a large group of investors is asking to get sued and the suit would be for a LOT!!!! We will get paid soon IMO! The ball is rolling now IMO!
