If a shareholder is ok with allpennystocks.com retaining 68 million shares that is their option, this possibility could have been provided long ago if it was known to the company that there was an possible opposition to the shares in question. At no time was it tweeted or otherwise suggested that less than a billion shares would or even could be cancelled.
