Last 8k shows that the ARAT shell was bought by a very interesting group. We are not 100% what they plan to do with the shell but their resume and current business are all very successful. My personal feeling is that it will be a holding company for all their other complies but time will tell. Still the early stages.

All my posts are nothing more than my opinion. Please, do your research of fundamentals, technicals, and due diligence before investing in any stock -especially penny stocks as they are extremely volatile.
