ACCR is ME. I am ACCR, and ACCR today is still in INCUBATION PERIOD...and therefore, I believe that now is not the time to DILUTE. I am against any form of dilution today.

PATRICK does believe in a form of dilution. But, the dilution has to be transparent, and also publicly known. The dilution is only done when the Company (in operations) cannot meet expenditures. I realize all of this. I am a MASTER of ECONOMICS.

Let me get control back...we will ride into the SUNSET. I promise. EXPLOSION to the UPSIDE......DO IT! My Shareholders deserve a big treat like this from our trusted Market Makers...I declared a REVERSAL, and that ACCR hold a PENNY....HOLD!
