Let me see if I can say this correctly---I served in the Marine Corps way back in the last century, 1962-1966 & I have had many folks tell me --"thank you for your service." I do appreciate the thoughts, but what concerns me a lot is that maybe a lot of folks are negelecting the most Important ingedient to making America a great nation. That ever special ingredient is "YOU". I am not taking anything away from the police officer, the fireman, the military person in uniform, just adding to the list with the "YOU". Making America work at top speed takes everyone, the janitor who locks the doors and flips off the light, the person who hires the employees, the person who trains one to do the job, the folks who step out and start a new business, there is not enough time or space here to make a list of those who make this country work, so allow me to keep it simple, it takes us all, each person doing their job to the best of their ability, In my opinion that is what makes America the greatest nation on earth. Do not ever allow anyone to make you feel unimportant.....We all, each and everyone of us is what makes this country outstanding....I am thankful for those in uniform who fight for freedom and preserve our rights, and will forever be grateful for their service, but let us not drop our guard in being thankful for each hard working person who takes pride in their work. And that, my friend, is what makes America tick like a fine Swiss watch. God Bless America---again
