@everyone The S-1 has been declared effective as of the close yesterday. Call with SmartGuard and Tysadco held yesterday 3pm ET went well. Due diligence items being processed. SGE sales funnel > $200 million, working on confirming contracts and pipeline. Puerto Rico reopened from the pandemic shut down July 5th leading to many projects activating. Govt. of PR expected to exit BK EOY. Purge Virus (IAQ), EIC, ILED are turning the corner with interesting developments in follow-on sales, indoor agriculture, international sales hires, robot trials with K12 schools & other. We will put out some financial projections in a deck tomorrow. See some of you tomorrow, taking off for PHL from ORD in a couple hours.
