I got an email fromTD America regarding GVSI. I know it will be current so I am not worried about it. My question is will TD America restrict or not allow penny stocks to be bought anymore? Let’s say that ticker hasn’t been through process of custodianship, application would I be able to buy those potential tickers in the future after August 13th.
