In my opinion.. it's bc in R.K.'s mind he is of the belief that if he releases anything TOO forward looking then he is doing an illegal pump job. Therefore he only will release stuff when he has hard proof and facts. He's too comfy with his 300,000 $ salary living the life in Switzerland to risk doing anything that would jeopardize his position. The BOD trust him for many years. Perhaps he knows too much, and maybe they know there is an exit strategy. And it's not worth replacing him when they are close to the exit. They are in too deep with their investment to walk away. They can't split us or dilute bc they would be screwing themselves (in my opinion). They only way out is the long road by commercializing one of the Vaccines, or a merger/buyout. The COVID intranasal VAX may be a a big booster for us in the near term.

I wrote him an email the other day. Didn't complain. Kept it simple.

I know he won't respond to me. But I know he read it.

Well see if he reacts...

I mainly requested he release a public "letter to shareholders" to respond to some of our questions & concerns.

I could be wrong in my opinions.. but thats just what I think...
