I believe the "argument" lies in "HOW" to monetize that value??

watching inventory become "lab grade" and watching millions$$ spent on lost lawsuits to satisfy someones ego is not a great "plan" to some investors

win a lawsuit --fair enough (not so far)

defending your product when the FDA rebukes it--should be #1 priority(not so far)

spending millions$$ year after year for amarex--then reading SEC letters where amarex is a disaster--not a great plan

having 2 financial officers for a non rev company--sorta odd

reading where mngmt pursued worthless purchase "regardless" of shareholder vote--sort of a kick in teeth. Then awarded bonus shares of co stock
