My thinking is why would $LCLP make the Auth so high...if the RS is to increase the stock price only??

The only reason for a huge AS is to make room for Conv Debt....

Of course that 1-15 RS has been out there on the Pre14 since 7-9.....so it SHOULD be figured into the price...

At any rate....will be interesting tomorrow.
