I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but they won't be buying back shares for many years

They just issues shares to pay off debt and have extra capital

they wouldn't then use that capital to bring the float back down and have zero money

the money is being used for growth

don't worry about the float man. it's honestly not bad at all for what we are

and since they haven't diluted any since march they're making it clear it's only being used when absolutely necessary
