I wonder why Lamberth persists. My belief is he will throw a monkey wrench into any shareholder relief. IMHO, the best way the government can make this go away is a pittance to the shareholders in the takings case. I disbelieve the argument that the government cares about GSE debt on the books. I also believe the current discovery actions will serve only to perpetuate the status quo without ever yielding documents. The Judiciary does not enforce these and bureaucrats walk scot free over and over again in many different foia applications etc....subpoenas by congress....
