If by third time is a charm on launch then sure. You forgot the October 2030 launch that not only didn't happen but Bobby couldn't even be bothered to put put a press release that it was canceled. HHe just left everyone hanging for 6 months. Some people could argue his Etf launch in October was a fraudulent PR. So yeah, perfect planning and execution.
